Please note that it can take up to 48 hours until we have processed your request (we are available Monday to Friday from 9 am - 3 pm).

Our return policy states that you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please drop us a brief mail that you want to return a product. Send the items you wish to return to us at the following address. You can also find the address on the return form:

Please complete the return card (a white postcard you find in our delivery) and include it in your package to assist us in efficiently processing your order.

Please note that the delivered goods must be returned with original label, securely packaged and with sufficient postage. We only accept unworn merchandise in its original condition. For worn merchandise (e.g. merchandise with make-up stains, deodorant, residue or altered merchandise due to cigarette smoke), we reserve the right to either charge a cleaning fee of €15 or demand a value replacement, depending on the severity.

The processing of the return takes about 8 business days. As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will immediately refund the purchase amount.

Please return the item in the usual way and place a new order to have the correct size sent to you.

We ship exclusively with DHL.

The delivery of the ordered goods takes approx. 1-3 working days after complete payment. It may take longer for deliveries abroad.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is up to the buyer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order.

Unfortunately, cancellation of the order is not possible once the package has left the warehouse. However, you always have the option to return your order to us within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used to make your purchase.
