Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AZURLAMOUR, we want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, here's how our Returns & Exchanges process works:


Returns

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to return the items to our AZURLAMOUR warehouse at:

Please notify us briefly via email to hey@azurlamour.com, if you like to return a product. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please complete the return card (a white postcard you find in our delivery) and include it in your package to assist us in efficiently processing your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.


Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, you'll receive an email confirmation.

Upon contract revocation, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs.

We'll process your refund within a few days of approval, typically returning the funds to your original payment method. You can expect to see the refunded amount in your account within 8 working days.


Important Notes

Returned items must be in their original condition, with the original labels attached, and securely packaged.

We only accept unworn goods in their original condition.

In the event of returned items that show signs of wear (e.g., makeup stains, deodorant residues, or exposure to cigarette smoke), we reserve the right to assess a cleaning fee of €15 or request a value replacement, depending on the extent of wear.
