Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. The withdrawal period commences from the day you or a third party, named by you and who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us through an unambiguous declaration, preferably via email to hey@azurlamour.com, stating your decision to revoke this contract.

Please complete the return card (a white postcard you find in our delivery) and include it in your package to assist us in efficiently processing your order.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Return Procedure:
You can conveniently return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt to the AZURLAMOUR warehouse. Kindly use the aforementioned address for returns.

Upon contract revocation, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs.

Please complete the included return card (white postcard) in each shipment for swift processing of your return. For your assurance, we recommend shipping the return with a tracking number to provide proof of shipment, as you are accountable for the return shipment.

Retain the deposit receipt until you receive confirmation of receipt from us regarding your return, as this proof validates the return date and receipt number.

Upon return approval, an email confirming your forthcoming credit will be sent to you. The refunded amount will be credited to you using the same payment method as your initial purchase, typically within 8 working days.

Please ensure that the returned goods are in their original condition, complete with the original label, securely packed, and sufficiently stamped. We accept only unworn goods in their original state. If a product does not meet these conditions, a refund will not be issued. For lightly soiled goods, such as makeup stains, we reserve the right, depending on the extent of soiling, to apply a cleaning fee of up to €15.
